The new TIBUS rims: unsurpassed in design and function
To improve traction on soft surfaces such as sand, mud or snow,
the contact area of the tire can be increased by lowering the air pressure.
However, lowering the air pressure can only be recommended if the tire beads are secured against slipping on the rim. The design of TIBUS beadlock rims also reduces the risk of the tire being pulled off the rim when the air pressure is low, which would inevitably lead to a sudden and complete loss of pressure. The risk is particularly high on the outside of the rims when cornering at high speed and when leaning.
In addition, the bead-lock ring prevents dirt, water, sand and other foreign bodies from penetrating between the tire and rim, even at very low tire pressures. This significantly increases the service life of the tires - and you are always on the safe side, even on demanding terrain.
TIBUS beadlock rims are available in the dimensions 16, 17 Customs and 20 Customs available, have an offset of 65 millimeters and are therefore perfect for ours TIBUS bolt-on portals suitable, but can also be mounted without restrictions on Mercedes vehicles without portal axles. You can also get a suitable one from us as a special accessory in connection with portal axles tire pressure control system , which is operated from inside the vehicle.
The rims are delivered with a strength report and have no ABE. This means that they must be entered in the vehicle documents by individual acceptance.

Our newly forged bead-lock rim with a matching design for your Mercedes G is equipped with a load capacity of 1,400 kg. The air line for the central tire inflation system (CTIS) is hidden under the center cap, with which you can regulate the air pressure while driving in vehicles equipped with our portals in order to always have optimal driving behavior.

The Y-Spoke rim is a forged 9x20" rim with a bolt circle of 5x130 and an offset of 65mm. With an elegant design, it is suitable in form and function for all Mercedes G.

The rim has no ABE, but is supplied with a strength report for individual approval.

TB 103
The TB 103 is a shapely forged rim with an outer bead-lock ring.
With this ring, the outer bead of the tire is clamped to the rim and can therefore not slip off the rim even with extremely low air pressure.

TB 816
This rim has been specially developed for tough off-road use. The rubber inner ring prevents the tire from detaching from the rim. This happens even if the tire loses pressure, while the tire still offers runflat properties to drive to a place where it can be changed safely.
The rim has been specially developed for TIBUS portals with an ET 65 and a LK of 5x130.
With an appropriate adapter, however, they can also be driven on vehicles without portals.
