Terms & Conditions
Price, terms and policies herein supersede all previous quotations and are subject to change without notice.  A 50% deposit is required on all retail orders. All shipments are F.O.B. our factory. Special packaging and handling may incur additional charges. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Written or verbal return authorization must be furnished by us in advance. Authorized returns may be subject to a 15% handling charge. Custom orders or custom work done on customer parts that are not picked up at the TIBUS facility within 30 days of the fulfillment of the order are subject to a $1.00 per day daily storage fee that must be paid before goods will be relinquished to the customer. After 60 days, all orders will be restocked and 85% of all monies paid to TIBUS Offroad will be refunded to the customer. After 60 days, all parts will be destroyed and recycled.

Warranty
All items are warranted 1 year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. Because all parts which we sell are intended for use in heavy duty applications, it is not possible to warranty or guarantee the performance of any items. Further, we disclaim any liability for action resulting from failure or parts durability. We disclaim any express or implied warranties. Our products may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions due to the manner in which they are used, serviced and/or installed. Purchasers and users of such products rely upon their own judgement as to the suitable use, selection, service, and installation of such products.
This warranty is non-transferable. TIBUS Offroad limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the product at TIBUS´s option. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to labor fees, loss of use, loss of time or freight charges are not covered. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in competition is not covered.

Warranty Procedure
Contact your TIBUS dealer or TIBUS Offroad Ltd. & Co. KG about the problem prior to removing any part from the vehicle. If it appears that the part is warrantable, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA)  and asked to return the part to TIBUS,  freight prepaid. If the part is found to be warrantable, it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. If a replacement part is needed before the part in question can be returned, you must first purchase the replacement part. Then, if the part in question is deemed warrantable, you will be credited / refunded.
