TIBUS OFFROAD ENGINEERING - Our high-end projects
TIBUS Bolt-on portals convert a simple off-road vehicle into an ultimate companion for long-distance trips and adventures - away from the paved roads. TIBUS Bolt-on portals are available for all Land Rover Defender and Discovery 1.
The additional parts fitted to the vehicles to be seen in the photos can be found at the "Special accessories" page.
For the Toyota models J75 to J79, the LC80 and LC105 the TIBUS Bolt-on portals are available. Without additional modifications, tire dimensions 235 / 85R16, 255 / 85R16 and 315 / 75R16 are possible.
With TIBUS Bolt-on portals the Toyota is the ideal vehicle for the tough commercial use in the field, as a rescue and a long-distance travel vehicle. As with all other vehicles, Toyota's everyday life remains unchanged.
The Jeep JK with TIBUS-Bolt-on portals is almost unbeatable in heavy terrain. At the same time, everyday convenience is fully maintained - or even improved. We recommend the tire size 315 / 75R16, but also 37-inch wheels do not exaggerate with the Jeep JK.
Mercedes Benz G
Equipped with portals, a Mercedes Benz G-wagon is the one and only right "G". As a vehicle in everyday life, for hunting or long-distance trips - the "G" with portals always leaves a lasting impression.
All Mercedes Benz G-wagon models can be fitted with TIBUS Bolt-on portals, from the G230 to the G63 AMG.
Not fast but furious!
It will be hard to follow this little big man off-road. With a tremendous 0.38 m ground clearance and only 1.75m track width it’s almost unstoppable. An ideal companion for hunters and foresters.
TIBUS-Bolt-on portals are also available for the "Hunter" and "Patriot" except for the UAZ "Buhanka".
We recommend the 255 / 75R16 for the "Buhanka" as an optimal tire size, while larger tires can be used on the "Patriot" and the "Hunter".
